I have opposed a case as a opponent.
Labour Court, Jamnagar has rejected the applicant's case. 
He had moved to High Court. There was also negative result. 
Then he moved to the Supreme Court of India.
SC has given a liberty to move again to Gujarat High Court and disposed off his application of applicant.
